The story of Clarice's Kitchen
The story behind Clarice’s Kitchen is truly inspiring and adds a personal touch that deeply resonates with customers. Clarice began her journey in Honduras in 2014, preparing her homemade granola right in her own home. She sourced ingredients from local supermarkets and farmers, and actively participated in community events to sell and promote her small business. Her dedication caught the attention of local TV and radio stations, where she shared not only her products but also the health benefits they offer. Through her journey, Clarice has inspired and motivated many—especially women—to pursue their dreams. She connects uniquely with people by listening to their stories and offering help whenever she can. Being bilingual in Spanish and English, she effortlessly switches from a warm “Hola, ¿cómo estás?” to a friendly “How are you doing today?”—always with a smile on her face.
Leaving Honduras...
In 2016, Clarice faced a difficult challenge when she had to leave Honduras, leaving behind her two siblings, family, friends, and her business dream to start a new life in America. This transition brought anxiety and stress as she adjusted to a new country and culture moving at a fast pace.

Clarice's Kitchen logo and colors!
If you look closely at the Clarice’s Kitchen logo and colors, and then search for La Ceiba—her hometown in Honduras—you’ll understand why her graphic designer chose to incorporate a mountain in the design. The mountain, Pico Bonito, is part of a national park surrounded by clear rivers, the Atlantic Ocean, cool breezes, sunshine, and delicious tropical fruits. The hand in the logo represents the care and connection to nature, highlighting that Clarice’s products are made with clean, safe ingredients sourced from Mother Nature herself.
